Sometimes it feels like my days are a stream of ups and downs, of feeling in alignment, out of alignment and then back in again.
My commitment to staying positive and happy and balanced is often thrown off by my girl’s resistance to all of the same. The key is for me to recognize my out of balance self sooner and sooner so that I can do something to shift my own momentum.
It’s like riding a horse and falling off, then getting back on again. The less time I spend on the ground, the more time I get to enjoy the ride.
